This is Marjorie from the Google Ads API team as well. Thank you for getting 
back to us.

With regard to your concern, my colleague didn't provide how to get APP 
Extensions but provided how to get the App ID using the Ad_group_criterion 
report.

If you are looking to pull how to get the list of IOS APP Ids and Android APP 
ID from Playstore and App store directly then it is not available in the Ads 
API. However, you should be able to pull that APP ID's which you already added 
in Google Ads.

And one more thing, the segment which I uploaded has size 56-66 k size 
across search, YouTube, Gmail campaign.
But under display the size is <100.
Can I know what is the issue.

Mismatch in audience segment upload in Google ads

Hi I tried to upload a audience segment which had 1 lakh rows to Google ads 
through google ads api.
But after uploading a segment to Google ads, in the UI I can see only

Error after postback: EXPIRED_EVENT

Thank you for your response.

The Google Ads API unfortunately does not have a report that returns all 
available timezones. You will need to download the CSV from here, and store the 
values into your local database, and then later reference it when creating your 
accounts.

problem upgrading from Google ads words to google ads api

We are trying to do this, but we keep running into this error

Google Ads API has not been used in project 929911972604 before or it is 
disabled. Enable it by visiting

then retry.


I've tried google cloud, google ads words, googles ads api...no one can 
helpany ideas?  We cant find this project.

I can see that you are using the Java client library, and with that Java code 
you are trying to catch the errors encountered due to canceled authorization in 
Google Security.  Then this is more client library related rather than Google 
Ads API specific. Note that the client library owners are experts on providing 
further comments on how 
com.google.auth.oauth2.UserCredentials.doRefreshAccessToken works, so I 
recommend you to reach out to Java client library owners here.

Feel free to open a new forum thread for new concerns related to the Google Ads 
API, and we will assist you further.

Campaing criteria query does not produce data from Shopping campaigns

I'm trying to get all campaign criteria in my account using the following 
query:

SELECT campaign_criterion.criterion_id, campaign.id, campaign.name, 
campaign.advertising_channel_type
FROM campaign_criterion
WHERE
campaign_criterion.type = 'LANGUAGE'
AND campaign_criterion.negative = FALSE
AND campaign_criterion.status = 'ENABLED'

Unfortunately the results do not include any criteria related to Shopping 
campaigns. Is this because an API limitation? How can I obtain the missing 
Shopping campaign criteria?

POLICY_FINDING error while updating RDA with Google Ads API

Hello
We are trying to update Responsive Display Ad with *tracking_url* & 
*final_url* using following request (SOAP request):

Google Ad API: Prepare for verification

Hi support,

I want to know that we have a web portal, which is having the functionality 
of create/updating the google ads from the portal directly to the 
main(single) google ads account. For that we don't need have OAUTH consent 
screen for all users as all manipulation is happening on the google account 
from which our google app is created.

But my app is still pending because we are using the senstive scope "Google 
adwords".

What can I do so that.

Google needs below data, video is fine but as we don't have Oauth screen 
what can I do tho make this app publish.


   - Video is accessible to our team (an unlisted YouTube link or Google 
   Drive file link)
   - OAuth Consent Screen is* in English.*
   - OAuth Consent Screen shows the* App Name.*
   - URL bar of the OAuth Consent Screen fully displays the *Client ID *in 
   your project which contains the *project_number 
    
*(This 
   is not required for native Android and iOS apps).
   - Video shows the *OAuth grant process* that users will go through 
   including the Google sign-in button 
   

 which 
   is used to launch OAuth. 
   - Video shows *how the data will be used* by showing functionality for 
   each sensitive and restricted scope you've requested.
   - Video shows *how data is accessed* on each OAuth client.

Thank you for getting back to our team.

With regards to your concern, as mentioned by my colleague Peter, we would 
suggest using the Google Ads API's query builder tool and query validator tool. 
Also, this reporting guide for the Google Ads API.

Can you confirm if you have query(s) on your end that you couldn't build using 
the GAQL builder? If you do have it, please feel free to send us that so we can 
help you with the equivalent of these fields in the Google Ads API. In 
addition, kindly note that AdWords API is no longer supported so you will 
really need to utilize the GAQL.
