Google Ads account suspended | Made Appeal 5-6 times

2023-02-06 Thread Digital Marketing
Hello Team,

My Google Ads account got suspended on 25thth Jan, 2023 and I have appealed
2-3 times but there is no response on the *account id 201-895-5786.*

According to my understanding, I have fixed all campaigns in accordance
with the policy. As part of a guided policy with Google, we will be
spending more budget on Google Ads to generate leads. Please help me to get
it fixed, so I can apply more budget to Google ads and generate leads in an
authorized manner.

If there is any rule violation, please arrange a call with the team & we
will fix it.

Please accept my sincere apologies. I will make sure that there are no rule
violations in the future from our side and on our account as well. The same
will be aligned with the policy details.

It would be my pleasure to share the business details with G-Ads Team if
they need them.

Thanks & Regards

How to change existing assets in pmax asset group

2023-02-06 Thread Tiansi Liu
Hello,
I have tried to update headlines in an existing performance max asset
group,
e.g. how to change headline AA, BB, CC to headline DD, EE, FF?

Way 1: Remove all existing headlines AA, BB, CC , then add new headlines
DD, EE, FF. But I got the error message "NOT_ENOUGH_HEADLINE_ASSET" while
updating
AssetLinkStatus

 through
AdGroupAssetService

because after remove existing texts the headline assets are below the
minimum limit according to Assets
.

Way2: Update AA, BB, CC AssetLinkStatus

 to
PAUSED, then enable DD, EE, FF and remove AA, BB, CC. But that will exceed
max limit of 5 HEADLINEs because AA, BB, CC, DD, EE, FF will exist in the
same asset group.

Could you please tell us how to change assets in an existing pmax asset
group?Thanks a lot.

No output from Google Planner API

2023-02-06 Thread Elma
Hi Google team,

We noticed that we are not receiving any output from the Google Planner
Service this evening. We get this data programmatically and it was working
fine until earlier today. Happy to share more information like request ID
if needed but just wanted to check if there is any reason why this was
expected? Is there a page where I can monitor the health of the API?

Thanks!

Google Ads API - Version 13.0.2 - Always 100% Match Rate

2023-02-06 Thread Balan Sinniah
Hi All,
I have pushed 10k members to an audience. I am always getting 100% match
rate. This doesnt seem to be right to me . We used to get around 65% match
rate when use the old Adwords API. I followed this guide (below) when I did
the conversion to the new Google.Ads.GoogleAds API.

https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/2021/10/userdata-enforcement-in-google-ads-api.html

We have 3 values (phone number , email and address) are filled up in most

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to Google Ads API Forum.

Can you clarify what system you are referring to in your inquiry? Are you
referring to Google Ads, or AdMob? Unfortunately, our team specializes in
Google Ads API related concerns only. For inquiries related to Google Ads UI, I
recommend reaching out to the Google Ads product support team for further
assistance. On the other hand, for inquiries related to AdMob, you may reach

Hi Leonel,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

With regards to your concern, you mentioned that you encountered the
OPERATION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CAMPAIGN_TYPE error which means that the said
operation is not permitted on this campaign type. Also note that as per this
guide, for manualCpm, when using this bidding scheme with Search campaigns
results in OperationAccessDeniedError.OPERATION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CAMPAIGN_TYPE.

For further investigation, can you provide the complete request and response
logs with request ID and request header generated on your end? You may then
send the requested logs via the Reply privately to author option. If this
option is not available, you may send the details directly to our

group_placement_view impression count question

2023-02-06 Thread Troy Ioannou
I noticed that the total impressions in the group_placement_view does not
match the total impressions for an account. In the UI (where ads showed),
this difference shows up as the "Total: Other" row. Is this data available
elsewhere?

I found an answer that states these are anonymous:
https://support.google.com/google-ads/thread/151204084?hl=en=151293253

However, I wanted to make sure there wasn't another google ads resource
that contains this other data.

Thanks!

Re: How to get valid GCLIDs (for testing)?

2023-02-06 Thread Marcin Karpiński
We use conversions on production and it looks like it is working correctly.
However we also have e2e tests and we need GCLID to check if google ads api
response was fine. Those tests check whole flow (request/response) on
dev/qa environment. In our config for now we use special qa/dev conversion
but every 90 days we need to refresh GCLID. I'm just curious if there is
another way or something like dynamic GCLID just to not refresh GCLID on
e2e every 90 days.

Hi Marcin,

We appreciate your request for updates to the feature request "Dummy GCLID".
However, could you please provide a business use case here? Because, in the
Google Ads API, GCLID is automatically created, and you need to have a
production account in order to get a GCLID. Having that said, I'm afraid that
test or dummy gclid cannot be supported in the Google Ads API.
