Hello,
 I don't understand, can you give me a specific steps and example.
My requirement is to operate the advertiser account of another 
manager account under one manager account. What I understand now is that I 
need to link this account to my manager account, so I called this interface

but now I have a permission problem. According to what you said, do I need 
to modify the permissions before calling this interface? 
Or can you provide other solutions and java code samples

Web Lead Webhook Columns issue

Hi Google Team, i make integration with webhook and all is working correct 
but i make new form and see some inconsistence between doc and real 
information send into webhook 

in doc for example we have column 

"VEHICLE_PAYMENT_TYPE": What vehicle ownership option are you interested in?

but when form is send to webhook this column_id is different :

Get total adgroups costs per hour

With our team we are trying to obtain the cost of the adgroups in general 
in relation to the hour, we are currently using the following query
SELECT metrics.cost_micros, segments.hour, ad_group.name FROM ad_group 
WHERE campaign.status = ENABLED

But we get an answer that we don't understand, at the beginning we have the 
same adgroup X with the 24 hours cost in each one. But when we change to 
the next adgroup the hour is always 0, is this because there are no more 
costs for the following hours? or is there something we are doing wrong?

Thank you for reaching out to Google Ads API Forum.

I can see that you’ve encountered a OPERATION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CAMPAIGN_TYPE 
error. I can see that you are trying to create a Smart Shopping campaign.

As per this blog post, starting July 25, 2022, accounts without active or 
paused SSCs (including new accounts) will no longer be able to create SSCs. 
Once an account with active or paused SSCs has been automatically upgraded from 
SSC to Performance Max, no new SSC creation will be permitted in any surface 
including the UI and API.

That said, I recommend you use the Performance Max Campaign. You may refer to 
this guide.

 Everytime I update google.ads package on visual studio, it inserts
 a new line on web.config containing  



 This is a pain if you get into problems while running tests. It should 
verify if code already exists and not overwrites my original settings and 
break things up.

Total active products in each Performance Campaign

I'd love to be able to get a report that had a list of all my PMax 
campaigns and then the total active product count next to it. Is this 
possible with Google Ads Script?

For example,

Campaign Name x, 35 products
Campaign Name x, 1000 products
