quota_error: RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED without QuotaErrorDetails

Hi,

I am using KeywordPlanIdeaService.generateKeywordIdeas() and sometimes 
getting quota errors though I obey the 1 QPS rate limit. Furthermore the 
quota error message says that I need to wait for 30 seconds. But there are 
no corresponding QuotaErrorDetails (hasDetails() says false). So I am not 
able to do that programmatically. 

Is that normal behavior? 
How to handle missing QuotaErrorDetails? 
Have I to wait always for 30 seconds in such cases then?

I didn't build a request as I don't know how to request products from a 
PMax campaign. I just want to know the resource which I should use to fetch 
the products from a PMax campaign as shown in the screenshot that I posted. 
That's all that I need.

Hey, thanks for reaching out. This is exactly what I was looking for.

So, what I'm doing now is collecting the metrics I need from 
`geographic_view`. I extract all the 
`geographic_view.country_criterion_id`s from your response, and use that in 
a follow up query to `geo_target_constant`. My followup query returns the 
`country_criterion_id`s mapped to their real name. Following receipt of 
this map, I update reports by replacing all the `country_criterion_id`s 
with their actual country name. This works great.

Separately, there's an issue where the results from the `geographic_view` 
don't match results from the Google Ads web interface. Surprisingly, I have 
found that several countries don't even show up in my results when queried 
via API, but those countries are showing up with impressions, clicks, and 
ad-spend when I look from the web UI. If you're able to help me with this 
separate issue, I've created a thread

Why the Google Ads API doesn't provide data for countries shown in the UI?

Hello,

When reviewing reports in the UI, I can get our performance as it pertains 
to each country.
See below, I have data coming from Albania.

Now see, I try querying the same info using the Google Ads API

Different output between Google Ads Keyword Planner and Google Ads API KeywordPlanIdeaService

Is there an argument in the KeywordPlanIdeaService similar to the "Use the 
entire site" in the Keywords Planner UI? The results I am getting 
from KeywordPlanIdeaService are similar to the Keywords Planner UI only if 
the "Use only this page" option is selected

We are facing an error as below,

not_allowlisted_error: CUSTOMER_NOT_ALLOWLISTED_FOR_THIS_FEATURE
}
  message: "Customer is not allowlisted to access this feature."
To give you the context we are trying to create assets for ads. We have 
provided all the basic access needed for the user to access this feature, 
along with that we are using a basic developer token and not a standard 
developer token, kindly notice that we are using a production account here 
and still we are facing this error,
kindly please escalate this issue to your engineering team, so that we can 
get help to resolve this at the earliest.
