Can you please confirm which email address you are using to generate your Oauth 
credentials?

Kindly note that the email address that is used to generate Oauth credentials 
has access to the manager account. If this is the case, then you should not get 
this USER_PERMISSION_DENIED error.

I do not see a Case ID generated when filling the form on 
(https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api). Neither did 
I receive any emails with acknowledgement.

Access. We have kept new onboarding on our app on hold until we could 
programmatically serve them. I filled the API Support Compliance Team form 
too around 1 month but but no update from them yet. Please escalate this

I also encountered the same problem. I sent the API application without any 
confirmation letter. I had no idea where the review progress was. It was 
also said that it would be reviewed in three days, but nothing happened.

Google Ads preview

Hello, I would kindly ask you is there any option to retrieve Google ad 
preview as is its shown to customers. 
Example i have setup  multiple ads one for google search one for video and 
etc. 
I would like to  show all previews of all ads for given campaign. Preffered 
image format or html content. 
1. So my question is are you providing any preview table?
2. If not is there any other service where i can retrieve previews?
3. if not Do i have to mimic your preview  using ad table?
4. If yes for mimic do i need other resources to replicate your preview?
May i ask you please to be rather then general solution... I prefer short 
and specific advices.

data associated with a particular keyword across the 12 months.

In order to assist you further, kindly provide us with the "complete API logs" 
(request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end 
and the uncropped UI screenshot (from Google Ads account) of the report 
highlighting the data that you are trying to fetch via the Google Ads API.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would 
request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are 
using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to 
enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging 
via the curl command by using the -i flag.

You can send the details via Reply privately to the author option, or direct

Keywords in UI do not match with keywords in keyword_view endpoint

Hi,
I am triying to obtain the keywords used in a specific ad group with this 
query:

SELECT ad_group.id, ad_group_criterion.keyword.text, 
ad_group_criterion.keyword.match_type, metrics.clicks FROM keyword_view 
where ad_group.id = XX"

With this query, I am obtaining 25 results, 7 keywords are match_type = 
BROAD and 18 keywords are match_type = EXACT. That last type of keywords 
are the ones generated from the BROAD keywords (also, the sum of clicks 
from EXACT keywords is the same as the sum of clicks from BROAD keywords).

Up to this point, everything is correct, the thing is, when I check in the 
UI it just appears the 7 BROAD keywords that are the ones that I originally 
put when I created the adgroup (I am just using the filter for the 
adgroup_id).

I want to get the same results as in the UI so I tried to filter them. 
However, I would like to bring data from multiple adgroups at the same 
time, so I can't filter all the keywords with match_type = EXACT, because I 
can lose keywords from other agroups where the keywords were orignally 
added as EXACT.

My questions with all this long explanation is:
Is there any way to identify this "generated" keywords so I can filter 
them? 
Is there any way to link the original BROAD keyword with the generated 
keyword?

Maybe I am also misunderstanding how BROAD keywords work, in that case I 
would also appreciate if you correct me.
