I had encountered the same issue, set customer.status = 'ENABLED' solved 
the issue.

Basic Ads API Access, not getting any response at all

Hi There,

We are a digital marketing agency wanting to build a reporting platform for 
internal campaign review, as well as client reporting.

I've applied for API access from our MCC 2-3 times and each time have heard 
nothing back in return. This has been since December.

I've tried raising support tickets through our MCC, but I keep getting 
referred back to the initial application for, which I have filled in again, 
but once again, do not hear anything back?

I've requested basic access at this stage, can anyone assist in getting an 
actual response or update on our request. (I did not receive any email or 
acknowledgement that I had even made a request in the first place, so am 
not sure that it has even been received.)

Each time I raise a new request, they ask me to use the original thread, 
but the original thread just keeps telling me to use the signup form again. 
Very frustrating.

If anyone can offer any advice it would be much appreciated.

The current code includes a condition for "customer.status," but none of 
the conditions seem to effectively filter out this issue. Is there a better

I mean,
Is there a query to get lists, their type (i.e. negative keywords), and on 
which campaign(s) these lists applied?

After reviewing your concern, I can see that you have encountered the common 
invalid_grant error. This error means the token has expired or revoked. For 
more information about refresh token expiration, you also may refer to the 
Refresh token expiration guide.

That said, you may try generating a new refresh token to resolve this error. To 
generate a new refresh token you may refer to Get an OAuth2 Refresh Token and 
Configure Your Client guide.

Campaign criterion query is not getting keywords

Hi,

For one CustomerClient, the Campaign criterion query is not getting 
keywords, but getting other criteria. 


   1. For other CustomerClients, it is getting keywords successfully
   2. Yes, there are both positive and negative keywords for that 
   particular customer client, I can see them on the GoogleAds website.

What can be the problem?

oauth2 token issue

hi,

 I have an issue about adding secret for  OAuth 2.0 
previous token already expired so I add for a new secret for the new token ,
but then it still show me message down below , is there any way to solve it 
? when I add a new secret can I use it right away??
