Over a month ago I applied for basic access for Google Ads API.
I received no response of any kind.

I have submitted another application, and would like a follow up on what 
went wrong with the first application/what I would need to change to get 
this process completed.

Move GA access

access between 2 accounts, I responded as requested but have not heard back

Advertiser identity verification > GetIdentityVerification method

According to the Google Ads API documentation 
(https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/account-management/advertiser-identity-verification#c_1)
 
it should now be possible to retrieve identity verification information 
from the Google Ads API (V16). However, every time I use the method, the 
response is a GoogleAdsException containing the IdentityVerificationError 
'NO_EFFECTIVE_BILLING' ('Customer does not have an active billing 
linked.'). I have tried the method for over 20 different customers, most of 
which have been active (and have been billed) for quite a while now, but 
the response is always the same. Any ideas on how to get the actual 
response (as in the list of IdentityVerification objects)?

I had similar issue with 838-367-5796 account, sent the request more than 3 
working days, but no response yet.
No case id or email triggered, would you please help me on this.

API Center Test to Basic access request - no response received

Hi Google Team,

I have submited API Center Basic access request with all details, but still 
waiting for the response. It's more than 5 working days now, I even 
submited another one which is also more than 3 working days.

There was no email trigger to my account/email, only says Email is sent and 
response will be received by 3 working day.

My customer id for which access has been asked is - 838-367-5796
No case id or reference number generated.

Would you kindly help on this further?

It's urgent for my work as completly block for this.

'Target CPV' isn't available. But it is available in the Google Ads UI. 
When tried to pull the performance data of those 'Target CPV' campaigns by 
using Google Ads API, the API returned 'UNKNOWN' as the campaign bidding 
strategy type:
