Regarding the budget creation issue, I'm encountering difficulties in 
creating budgets. while this functionality worked good in the previous 
version, I've encountered unexpected behaviour upon transitioning to v16

Custom Columns Fetch from Google Ads API

So, I have created a 5 new custom columns in google Ads to track some 
conversion actions which cannot be tracked from standard columns present in 
google Ads.

Now, I want to create a report and have to automate this report in my 
platform.
When i checked the google Ads API to fetch this custom columns, i did not 
found any way to fetch the custom columns from google Ads . I have only 
check google Ads API.

Is there any other way through which we can fetch the custom columns from 
google Ads?

You may use the geographic_view report. Geographic View includes all metrics 
aggregated at the country level, one row per country. It reports metrics at 
either the actual physical location of the user or an area of interest. If 
other segment fields are used, you may get more than one row per country and 
user_location_view report. It reports metrics at the actual physical location 
of the user by targeted or not targeted location.

Also, you can use Query Builder to create your query and Query Validator to 
validate your query.

Google ADS API Authrization, Permission ERROR

I try to upgrade PHP library from V14 to V16, API call (query select) with 
V16 display this message:

*authorization_error: User doesn't have permission to access customer. 
Note: If you're accessing a client customer, the manager's customer id must 
be set in the 'login-customer-id' header. See 
https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/concepts/call-structure#cid*

But it works well with V14, I don't understand what's change auto-login in 
V16.

Do you have some documentation for this change ?

Kindly note that you have to enable logging if you are using a client library.

Attach user-list of custom users to App Campaign

Hi there,
I am creating app campaign (UAC) using Python code 
(https://github.com/googleads/google-ads-python/blob/bcee4d08df0ea037d695d1bbcb595d7ee8adf9cd/examples/advanced_operations/add_app_campaign.py).
 
I am successfully able to create it, but I want to target custom audience 
based upon user list, which I already have created using  
https://github.com/googleads/google-ads-python/blob/bcee4d08df0ea037d695d1bbcb595d7ee8adf9cd/examples/remarketing/set_up_remarketing.py#L78

then I changed campaign_criterion to 
user_list 
https://github.com/googleads/google-ads-python/blob/bcee4d08df0ea037d695d1bbcb595d7ee8adf9cd/examples/advanced_operations/add_app_campaign.py#L186

and I am getting following error:

Hi Google team,

I have same issue, Didn't see any feedback since submitting the form 3 
weeks ago.


   - Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID : 652-337-8886


   - Case ID: Not available
   - Access level: Basic access

Please help me to check :(. I really really need for my business 
running.
