Estimation for Performance Max campaigns

I can't figure out how to estimate performance max campaigns that do not 
have ad groups nor keywords. What service/API shoudl I use for that purpose?

Sorry, it seems part of the message was lost:

I submitted the request to upgrade my Developer Token from test to basic 
two weeks ago, but haven't received any update since.

Does anyone have any idea on how long this usually takes? Or if there's 
anything one can do to speed it up? Is there any way to contact support?

My API implementation is blocked by this issue. Thanks.

Google Ads API Basic Access token request months ago

Hello,

I've applied for the basic Google Api Acess via form 2 months ago. We 
applied again multiple times in the following weeks.
Me and my team also submitted two times on the support form. 
We ended up halting Google integration for a month, returning to it only 
this week.

I don't have any case IDs as I've heard nothing from Google regarding the 
submission.

My MCC is 987-248-7396.

I'm still waiting for Basic Access to be approved. I requested it months 
ago, I also contacted the compliance team and have had no response.

My MCC is 326-488-9352.

I have no case ID as the compliance team haven't responded to me. Please 
reply promptly.

Google Ads Basic Access

Hello,

I applied for basic access on the API weeks ago. I've still had no 
response. I contacted the ads compliance team using the contact form 
here

I've heard nothing.

I've seen in this group that there are so many requests for this and people 
have heard nothing. Can you please explain why this is taking so long to 
approve these requests?

I don't have a case ID from the compliance team, I've heard nothing from 
them.

Adding Mobile Advertising Ids to user-list

Dashboard it says that size = 0.

template for the Ad Performance Report

Hi,
When I run the template for the Ad Performance Report, the column for 
Headline outputs the registered ad headlines, but the figures for each 
headline are all the same. It seems that the figures for the entire ad 
group are just being repeated for each headline. I believe the original 
purpose of this report was "to view the performance for each ad headline," 
but how can I get it to output the figures for each headline individually?

Data discrepancy

We are reviewing the data ingested from the Google Ads API and wanted to 
seek your advice on the metrics_average_cost data point. 
Referring to the screenshot below, the amounts reflected in the 
metrics_average_cost are too high to constitute a single day's spend.

When I'm logged into our Manager's account, 369-079-0242 is the only ID 
that I see. I'm looking for a different ID but I can't find one. Where 
would I find the MCC ID if that's not it?
