That doesn't answer the question. If you target US as a country, do you 
have to exclude other countries (Mexico, Canada, ...)?

Actually we're already experiencing clicks from country B although we're 
targeting only country A. Theory is that this happens when people travel 
between country A and B.

User Location View and Paused Campaigns

How do I retrieve campaigns that are paused from the User Location View? I 
used this query, but it only returns campaigns with an ACTIVE status.

SDK tried to perform a networking task before being initialized

Hi

I followed the guide and is running: GADMobileAds.sharedInstance().start()

The Google SDK is now in the Core module, which is imported into many of 
our main modules. We also have feature modules that imports Core module. So 
those feature modules can have access to the GAM SDK code.

The issue didn't raised when the GAM is not in the Core Module. It started 
showing this error when we moved it in our Core Module.

*Im using the SDK *(11.0.0) *via Cocoapods. *

Upon checking your provided error logs, I found that you are using Google Ads 
API version 13. Kindly note that v13 is deprecated as of June 7, 2023, and 
sunset was done at the end of January 2024. That means, after the end of 
January, if you hit the API with version 13, that request will not be accepted 
or blocked. That means after sunset, the respective versions will no longer be 
available. Please refer to Deprecation and Sunset to get more information about 
sunset dates for Google Ads API versions.

So, I would suggest you upgrade your API to the latest version 16, and for more 
information, you can refer Upgrade to the latest version API documentation.

We have applied for the Basic Token for our MCC which is 663-019-9748 and 
still have not heard back yet. We are really excited to build out our 
reporting for LSA and are eager to get building!

We don't know how to find or forwrd a cse ID as we haven't received any

Kindly note that 'max_cpc_bid_micros' are only for the manual cpc bidding 
strategy. When you set the bidding strategy to 
maximize_clicks_bidding_strategy, they might collide. Please try removing the 
'max_cpc_bid_micros' fields from everywhere from the request and provide us 
with the updated complete API logs (request and response with request-id and 
request header) generated at your end.

Since you are using a python client library, I would request you to enable 
logging for the python client library that you are using. You can refer to the 
guide Python to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you 
can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

You can send the details via Reply privately to the author option, or direct 
private reply to this email.

there has been no response from your end. I read from the docs that the

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you are encountering 
"NO_EFFECTIVE_BILLING" error while requesting identity verification information 
from the Google Ads API. Kindly note that this error indicates that no 
effective billing is linked to this customer. I would recommend you to check 
Release Notes regarding manage advertiser verification for more information.

Also, note that the GetIdentityVerification() method can be used for retrieving 
verification information which returns several objects of IdentityVerification. 
I could see you have provided partial logs which is not sufficient to proceed 
further. In order to investigate your issue further, kindly provide us with the 
complete API logs (request and response logs with request-id and request 
header) generated at your end to better assist you further.

Thanks for the reply!

Can you help us with how to fetch number of operations made per API 
request? Because we are facing RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error frequently since we 
have basic access. 

Also, we have requested for STANDARD_ACCESS but we haven't received any 
updates from ads compliance team. This is preventing our users from making 
use of features properly.

I have an approved google ads developer token, however, I still am unable 
to get the response. Can you please help. Attaching the account details and
