RE: conversion action not being returned

2024-04-11 Thread 'Google Ads API Forum Advisor' via Google Ads API and AdWords API Forum
Hi Adam,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

I would suggest you refer to the documents AD_CALL and Upload Call Conversions
to get more information. Upon checking your account "2939607200", it is
observed that there is only one conversion ID "6765605216" present in the
account. Kindly provide us with the uncropped UI screenshot of the conversions
that you are trying to retrieve via the Google Ads API.

And also, I could see that you are using the 'v14' which is deprecated and
about sunset at the start of June 2024. Please note that if you use an older
version some features might be not compatible, so we would recommend migrating
to the latest version v16 and you may follow this link to Upgrade to the latest
version.

You can share the requested details via Reply privately to the author option or
a direct private reply to this email.

Developer token with basic access.

2024-04-11 Thread Rafael Machado
I submitted my application for the basic access developer token over a week
ago and I haven’t received any response, not even a rejection.

I reached out to the API support team
 four days
ago, explained the issue, and included the case ID, but I still haven't
received a response.

My MCC ID is 167-428-6294, and my case ID is 8-270236502.

Connection of Lead form to campaign issue

2024-04-11 Thread Anna Lysak
Hi Team,

Could you please help me on the following?
I created lead form ('Request-Id': 'SiL-SgpzJBhMXjtNibV2ug' ) and got
resource name in response - lead form has been successfully created.

Then I tried to connect it to the existing campaign ('Request-Id':
'gP_exRMki8dLiEandDdWFQ') and received error:  "errorCode": {
  "assetLinkError": "INCOMPATIBLE_ADVERTISING_CHANNEL_TYPE"
},
"message": "The campaign advertising channel type cannot be
associated with the given asset due to channel-based restrictions on the
asset's fields.",
"trigger": {
  "stringValue": "SEARCH"
},

Previously we could connect lead form to campaign of type Search. Could you
please advise me what should I change in lead form parameters to be
compatible with this campaign so I can successfully connect it?

Thanks in advance.
Anna

Update Campaign Name through Google Ads API

2024-04-11 Thread 'caroline oscarsson' via Google Ads API and AdWords API Forum

Hi,

I am getting errors in my Json script between google sheets and google ads.
The goal with the scenario is to update current campaign names with new
names found in the google sheet. When running the script, I get 404 error
and can't figure out where the error is embedded in the script. I am using
an API tool service called Make.com, which is both storing my access token
and sends the output to the endpoint. I wonder if you could help me with my
script to find why I get errors?

No update from Ads Compliance team for STANDARD_ACCESS request

2024-04-11 Thread Aromal S
Hi,

We haven't received any updates on STANDARD_ACCESS request from Ads
compliance team. It's been 10days. I have mailed multiple times, still no
response. I request you to escalate because it's taking longer time for any
update. We are facing RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED issue and it's a having huge
impact on our production pipelines. We are losing our customers as well as
revenue because of the delay response. Kindly escalate this as a high
priority issue.

Case ID :

for the account to receive conversions from MCC, but when we try to create
audience segment in the account (not mcc) we are getting errors:

REDACTED_CONVERSION_ACTION_RESOURCE_NAME is a resource name we got from

using GoogleAdsService

is it possible to create user_list from conversion_action defined in mcc
owning this account (with cross account conversions on), and if yes then
how to do it properly ?
