API support team

And btw I can see many people like me here who are facing the same issue, 
what is going on with Google Ads API support team? why are they not moving

The results are different from the dashboard though

Ex my dashboard shows the campaign bidding strategy is "Maximum 
conversions" or "Maximise clicks"

While bidding_strategy_type returns TARGET_SPEND 

How can we get the same results as the overview dashboard?
