How to track install volume via API?

Hey everyone!

I'm having an issue with Google Ads Api v9. I'm trying to add an app 
campaign, but I don't know how to track install  volume( the field from ui 
- " How do you want to track install volume  "  ) via API. I can't found 
any  reference about it in this page 

.

Perhaps, someone would clarify that for me?

How to create a complete campaign through Google API？

Hi, everyone.
I want to create a campaign through Google API, but I don’t know what 
attributes of campaign will be affected by the options in the picture.  I 
can't find the relevant documentation about this. Could you tell me if this 
is the right way to create a campaign?
