Waiting for standard Access

Hey, I've requested standard access it's been almost 2 months; And I did 
not received any information related to that.

When the compliance team returned to me, they were mentioning a very old 
form submitted that I used to get BASIC access. Nothing related to my 
recent submission.

I'm still waiting the approval, so I did another submission today.

Basic Access API application (compliance team does not respond)

We have been seeking access to the Google Basic credential since mid 
December. I understand that your team has been impacted by changes at 
Google but the lengthy delay has been extremely expensive for our small 
business. We have clients who need our services but we cannot bill them 
until this issue is resolved. Is there a way that this can be addressed 
with greater urgency? Thank you for your help.

of january, and still nothing, not even a response.

We applied for "Basic access" level.
We don't have any new "case ID" I am aware of
