get Campaigns BiddingStrategyConfiguration

Hi, I have the following issue:

I am consulting the data of my campaigns, through the "CampaignService", I 
get all the data correctly, except for the "BiddingStrategyConfiguration" 
that returns null.

Effectively, the campaigns have the Strategy configured, but for api I 
can't get the data.

Do I have to have any special permission on the token?

It will have an example, for PHP or another language, of how to do this, 
because I can't find anything on the web ...

To be able to exclude a "Product Group" by api.

>From panel I can do it, but I need to do it by Adwords API, is it possible?
