It looks like the entire hostname https://googleads.googleapis.com/ might
be down, so I am guessing it's an even bigger issue.

Thank you! I believe it's working, but there appears to be a problem with
the Google Ads REST API.  When I try to access the documentation (
https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/rest/overview) I get a SERVICE
UNAVAILABLE error and if I try to access any of the v13 endpoints like (
https://googleads.googleapis.com/v13/customers/5756112070/conversionActions/),
I get a 404 error.   That endpoint was working a few days ago.

Is the team aware of the issue?

Hello,
I wanted to provide a quick update.  I have been through the gauntlet with 
several Google Ads Product support team members and no one seems to be able 
to get me "allowlisted" so I can upload click conversions for my client.  
We've been trying to get this working for months now with no luck.  Is 
there anyone on the Google Ads API team that can help direct me to the 
right place?  This is extremely frustrating.

Thanks for the update! I'm surprised how difficult it is to get allowlisted
for such an important feature.  You would think having admin access over
the customer account would include this feature by default since I can
already go in via the web interface and make changes to anything.  I

Hello, thanks for the response.
I am the account manager with MCCID 7247015696.  I attempted to call Google 
Ads Support and they had no idea how to assist me in getting allowlisted.

Google Ads API Conversion Event Not AllowListed

Hello,
We are attempting to create Google Ads click conversions to the REST API. 
However, I am getting an error that says "Customer is not allowlisted for 
accessing this feature., at conversions[0].conversion_environment"

I am logged in as the Manager Account with admin + owner access.  Here is 
an example request:

several clients.  Can you please allowlist my account as well please?
