Getting "--" in instead of an empty tracking URL

Started getting AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED while trying to get reports for customers
Hi We have an API that is used to get reporting data for our customers (more than 800 accounts). The API runs on a daily basis, loops through a list of all our clients, and tries to get reporting data from Google. starting from July 28th, we stopped getting report data from Google AdWords. digging in the code, the API service that we use to retrieve data from Google is getting an error while trying to download the report : *{"AdWordsReportsException: One or more AdWords Report download errors have occurred. \r\n\r\nAuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED. (Error: AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED, FieldPath: , Trigger: )\r\n\r\n"}* Can you please help point me to what is causing this? how can I solve this issue? API - Retrieve search data report

Please assist - Strange behavior with new API V201206
Hi, We are now using the new API version V201206 that replaced the previous version that will be sunset tomorrow. We recently began to receive errors when trying to authenticate with SE Account ID that includes '-', for example 111-222-333. In the previous version the convention the included dashes worked fine but now we get the exception ‘SelectorError.INVALID_PREDICATE_VALUE @ serviceSelector’ when calling to the service 'ManagedCustomerService'. We’ve managed to find out that if the ID is changed in a way of removing the dashes (111-222-333 à 111222333) the authentication works as should. Two questions at this point: 1. Was this change communicated and performed with intention? 2. Is there any difference between the same Account ID but with or without dashes? I’d appreciate your quick reply. how can I know in the API if an AdGroup is attached to a remarketting (audience) ?
Hey all, Can someone please help me with that problem. The question: Using the API, How can I know if an AdGroup using remarketting or not ? The reason: I want to change the destination URL for the entire campaign with the API. usually for normal ads which uses Keyword, I just update the keyword (using the Ad URL for keyword which don't have URL). when having audience, since the Ads aren't triggered with a Keyword, I must change the Ads URL. since changing A Ad URL require to delete and recreate an Ad I'm trying to avoid it when possible. The real question: When will Google for COL will allow us to update the Ad URLs. And they can update the quality index if that's the problem for all I care. Hi, Sorry for the late response. I have had some progress with this. It appears that the campaign with the missing data is a remarketing campaign. Should remarketing campaign data show under the 300 keyword? If not, is there any way to retrieve content network data for remarketing campaigns? By the way, is there any support email for the API? Missing automatic placements data in reports
Hi, I am trying to retrieve automatic placement data for a campaign. That campaign has only automatic placement data (no search network or managed placements data). Usually we get this data through the KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT report, using the 300 total content network row. For this specific campaign however we do not get this row in the report, although we see the impressions, clicks etc in the AdWords web site. We are using the v201101 API. Is there any reason why we wouldn't get the 300 row for this campaign? Was the total content network functionality changed? Re: v13 reporting taking much longer
Hi, My Company uses the Adwords API for a few years now, we use it to track our customers accounts on Adwords. We track about 600 different accounts per day. When using the report service, from these 600 accounts we fail about 100 because of high latency (it may take several seconds or half an hour to retrieve a report). My question is, are the API requests being queued/filtered by google? If so, what is the recommended frequency which we should be sending the requests? Is there a recommended hour of the day that the account report will run faster? We are in a process of upgrading the API version (from V13 and 2009 to 2011), will this migration cause the reporting API to perform better?
