Today I tried again to apply for Basic access to the Google Ads API and
finally, I also found all the previous case ids:

   - Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 612-356-7007
   - Case ID 2-309535852
   - Case ID 1-458934900
   - Case ID 8-266335471
   - Case ID 4-856635503
   - Case ID 9-337835070
   -

Can you please confirm the status of all my requests?

Ads API Basic Access Request

Hi, Team,

I had requested multiple times for *Ads API Basic access* but no getting 
any response from support team. I tried mutiple available articles (Help 
pages) but nothing help me to know about the status of my submitted 
requests.  

Can somebody please guide me where I can connect to know the status of my 
request? 

MCC: 612-356-7007
Case-ID: not asigned 

Today I requested again, and here I am sharing the screenshot of what I get 
in response after request submission.

"*The Google Ads API Compliance team has received your ticket. *

*Please remain mindful that applications are typically reviewed within 
three business days, with an initial decision processed soon after, though 
some complex reviews may take longer.*
*We will be in contact with you as soon as possible.*"

Hi, Thanks for your reply.

Still not received any response from support. I tried to connect over 
support number but they said you don't have phone support so have to 
continue with support help page.

Is there any way to connect with right team to resolve this as soon as 
posible?

Hi Team,

I am also facing the same issue. I requested for Basic Access token two 
times in last 20 days and still waiting for response. 

I also fill the Support contact form where I get a message "The Google Ads 
API Compliance team has received your ticket. We will be in contact with 
you as soon as possible."

Can someone please guide me to proceed further.

Account Number :  612-356-7007
Case Id : Not generated in both attempts (Just got a message on request 
submission "team with contact with you in 3 working days")
