Re: OAuth support - please finish the job

+1

I just discovered today that report downloads are not available
through OAuth. We can't store our users' username and password, and
we want to generate reports without the user having to login each
time. Is there currently no way to do this?

An approximate time frame on OAuth access to download reports (or
whether or not it is even being worked on) would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Jason

Re: Certain keywords returning 0 search volume

2011-05-05 Thread Jason Tan
I noticed that at least some of the keywords that were returning 0
data previously are now returning the correct data. Do you know if
this problem has been completely fixed?

Thanks,
Jason

Certain keywords returning 0 search volume

2011-03-04 Thread Jason Tan
I am retrieving keyword stats through the Targeting Idea Selector.
Everything is working correctly for most keywords.

However, when requesting stats for the keyword "knives" and several
other knife-related keywords, I get no volume for all metrics
(GLOBAL_MONTHLY_SEARCHES, AVERAGE_TARGETED_MONTHLY_SEARCHES,
COMPETITION, etc).

When using the external keyword tool, I get non-zero data for all
these metrics.

Is it possible that this is related to certain weapons being listed as
restricted products? (Found this when searching:
http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/static.py?hl=en&topic=28436&guide=28435&page=guide.cs&answer=176077)

My SOAP request body is as follows:

Re: Monthly search volume

2010-07-02 Thread Jason Tan
I haven't noticed this for previous months. If this is expected, why
is the data point for a month with no data not omitted? The current
response makes it difficult to distinguish between the last month not
being available yet, and the last month having a 0 search volume.

I am also experiencing this problem with missing data for June 2010

Monthly search volume

Starting this morning, when requesting keyword stats using the
Targeting Idea Selector, Targeted Monthly Searches is returning a data
point for June 2010, but has no count.
