I've had this same error when testing things. What you have to do is login from the browser and go to the following URL: https://accounts.google.com/DisplayUnlockCaptcha.
This should fix the issues. Even after stating that the logins were me from the account activity screen, I still was unable to login. Going to that URL fixed it in my case.
