I do not see a Case ID generated when filling the form on (
https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api). Neither did 
I receive any automated emails with acknowledgement.


No Response on API Basic Access

It has been over 2 months since I submitted my application for Basic 
Access. We have kept new onboarding on our app on hold until we could 
programmatically serve them. I filled the API Support Compliance Team form 
too around 1 month but but no update from them yet. Please escalate this 
issue for me.

T+3 Days and still waiting to hear back from the Compliance Team. They have 
not even registered a Case-ID yet.

Thanks for clarifying. I want to put forth again that after I sent the 
application - I did not receive any email correspondence from Google with 
the auto-generated ID.
