About Google Ads Access

Hi, 
I have a google ads manager account. i have a good number of client. I need 
to access their campaign data from their google ads accounts. Can I access 
their campaign data without being a manager in their ads account? 

Till now, I have found that, I my manager account is added as their manager 
account, I can access their campaign data. But also i have full power over 
their account. Is there any way where I can access the campaign data 
without having this full access to their account? 

I looked it up in docs, but seems like manager has no access limitation. 
Another way I found is that my clients can add my email as user in their 
account. but every mail has a limit, so that's not a solution? 

Can you help? 
Is there any API where I can just pull out the campaign data without having 
full access to their ads account ?

Thanks for the information, but I have gone through this process once 
again. Just checked the GCP credentials and they're totally okay. I 
copy/pasted them just to be sure, and again went through the 
authentication/authorization process. But *same error persists*. FYI, The 
accounts which are already manually added as sub-account in the Google Ads 
Manager account, they work totally fine. i can pull their campaign data 
without any problem. But the problem is with the accounts that are not 
manually added into the Manager account. Even after the authorization, I 
can't pull their campaign data through search/searchStream or can't create 
customerClientLink with them.

I have a manager account and i have a client who has his google ads 
account. I'm trying to connect his client account under my manager account 
so that I can manage his google ads and get report of his campaigns. I have 
completed the authentication & authorization, added the access token as 
header along with developer token, and login-customer-id. I found in the 
docs that, if I wanna connect my manager account with any other client 
account, I have to use the customers.customerClientLinks method. 
But it's throwing this error. 

So, my question is, Can I connect any external google ads account with my 
manager account through REST API? How?
And after adding them, Can I see them listed under the sub-account section 
in google ads manager account?

Can you help please?

Issue on Customer Client Link with REST API

I'm trying to use this documentation

I have added the necessary headers, Authorization, login-customer-id, 
developer-token. But still no solution to this.
