very tired of these automated emails, and no one is answering
this is unbelievable.  we just need some help

i dont have a 
   
   - Case ID generated from the compliance team in the format 
   0-0###0 (if there is any generated)   they havent even contacted me 
   yet?

cannot connect with api to add customer lists

no matter what we do we cannot connect to the api so we can add custom lists

we get the following error always the same

no response to basic access request for months and months

hello team,

i have been trying to get a basic access token for months and months i have 
resubmited mutliple times and used the log a ticket option if you dont get 
a response,

complete radio silence.
can someone please help
