2016-05-13 Thread Mauro Cohen
We are having the same problem, do you know if the fix would be for today?

Re: ERROR_GETTING_RESPONSE_FROM_BACKEND

2014-01-07 Thread Mauro Cohen
The problem seems to be random, there are days that in a complete download
of multiple accounts reports (in a hadoop job that download a structure
report for each account in a diferent mapper), there is no exception, but
there are days that we get like 20 or 30 exceptions like this, and when you
retry mostly works.

What should we do?.

We get the error ERROR_GETTING_RESPONSE_FROM_BACKEND very often today.
Is there a problem? Will it be fixed soon?

Re: Different results of Keyword Performance Report dependending day.

2012-05-03 Thread Mauro Cohen
And also the same thing happens if you run the reports via WEB.

El jueves, 3 de mayo de 2012 12:24:05 UTC-3, Mauro Cohen escribió:

Hi, im ussing the keyword performance report to get the keyword structure
information for an account. I get the following fields:

 *String[] keywordsFields = new String[]
 {Id,AdGroupId,CampaignId,KeywordText,KeywordMatchType,Status};
 *
 *
 *
when i define the reportDefinition i set the zeroImpressions in true so i
can get all the keywords that i have. The problem i have is that when i get
these information for today returns a diferent report than when i get, for
example, the november 5 of 2011 information. In november 5 i get keywords
that are in status deleted. But when i get today report doesnt have this
 keywords that are deleted,

Any ideas of what could be happening here?.

 Thanks
 Mauro.
