Re: Video campaigns bidding strategy type

2019-08-26 Thread MdV
Hey,

Is there any update on this issue? This is affecting over 30 accounts
managed by us.The Google Ads web interface is showing an active bidding
strategy, yet the campaign performance report says the strategy is "--" for
a part of the video campaigns.

Marcel

Hi API team,

Since a couple of days we are seeing UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR messages

there is an issue with the service and if so when you expect it to be fixed?

Kind regards,

Starting December 6th we are unable to retrieve account structure and

Audience performance data showing up in ad performance report?

2015-10-23 Thread MdV

Hi API team,

I have a question regarding remarketing audience performance data.

This data is normally retrieved with AUDIENCE_PERFORMANCE_REPORTs. We’ve
noticed some strange behavior with certain campaign settings. Audience
related data suddenly shows up in AD_PERFORMANCE REPORTs, referenced in the
keyword ID column.

Also, as below example shows, the statistics related to the audience can be
higher in the ad report than shown in the audience report itself.

It only happens with data generated by campaigns at times both "Search
Network with Display Select" and a Target CPA bidding strategy have been
set. Disable either the display network or set a different bidding strategy
and the ad performance data is being gathered separate again.

The following example shows data from the same group. The columns shown are
(unordered) the ones requested.

Audience_performance_report:
Criterion ID, Impressions, Day, Campaign ID, Ad group ID, Clicks, Cost,
Avg. position
143494244720, 1, 2015-10-12, ...

Ad_performance_report:

Keyword ID, Ad ID, Impressions, Day, Customer ID, Campaign ID, Ad group ID,
Clicks, Cost, Avg. position

143494244720, 88268499320, 2, 2015-10-12, ...

143494244720 = Similar to *** - All users 90 days

Could you tell me if this is a bug or if not how this data should be
interpreted?

If necessary additional IDs can be provided in a private mail.

Thanks, Kind regards,

Marcel de Vries.

ERROR_GETTING_RESPONSE_FROM_BACKEND requesting ad performance report

2015-04-07 Thread MdV

Hi,

For some of our accounts retrieving ad performance reports proves
impossible since april 2nd. The service responds with message
ERROR_GETTING_RESPONSE_FROM_BACKEND (trigger: Unable to read report data).
Retrying the request rarely works. The API version in use is v201502. The
error is thrown even on an inactive account that has no statistics for the
requested period.

The problem seems to come from the KeywordId field. When omitted, a report
is generated correctly.

Selected fields:

ExternalCustomerId, Id, CampaignId, AdGroupId, KeywordId, Date,
Impressions, Clicks, Cost, AveragePosition

Filter:

AdGroupStatus._DISABLED, AdGroupStatus._ENABLED and AdGroupStatus._PAUSED

Can you please look into this issue? If necessary additional info to
identify the affected accounts can be provided in a private message.

Marcel de Vries
