SAAS Application - Minimum requirements for my clients

Hi

  For a hypothetical SAAS application that intends to aggregate adwords 
data into a MySQL database, I would be really grateful if someone can 
clarify the following things.

Let say the SAAS app is called XYZ app
1. We register with Google Adwords for Manager account and Developer tokens
2. We use the API to collect adwords data and integrate with our 
data-warehouse


Next, What are the minimum things needed from our clients who will login 
and use to integrate their own adwords account?

We will be using Google OAUTH and refreshTokens but do all of our customers 
need to go through the steps of creating their own Manager Account and 
Developer Tokens? This would mean unnecessary hassle for our customers but 
if this is the case then we will need to provide clear instructions to them.

If not, can our clients simply use OAuth and start extracting their Data by 
providing their actual Adwords customer ID and credentials? We don't want 
them to share any accounts with us as that would be another legal and 
security challenge.

Please clarify the above on what are the minimum steps need for our end 
users once we establish our XYZ app developer tokens.
