'ReportDownloadError.INVALID_REPORT_DEFINITION_XML' when downloading reports

Hi,
I am getting this error when downloading keyword and campaign report. Can 
anyone please help me.
An error has occurred: Report download failed. Underlying errors are Type = 
'ReportDownloadError.INVALID_REPORT_DEFINITION_XML', Trigger = 'Invalid 
ReportDefinition Xml: cvc-complex-type.2.4.d: Invalid content was found 
starting with element 'includeZeroImpressions'. No child element is 
expected at this point.', FieldPath = ''.

but I am getting the above error on my live server.

getting the same.

Unable to connect.

Hello,
I am using php lib for adword reports it was working fine 2 days
ago but now its giving error
An error has occurred: Failed to connect to accounts.google.com port
443: Connection timed out...

Can anyone please help me with solution.

AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED in while accessing reports usin PHP api

Hello,
I am PHP adword api for downloading Campaign Reports and Keyword 
Performance Report of my MCC account and it's working fine in few days 
earlier but when i changed the location of my code its giving me An error 
has occurred: Report download failed. Underlying errors are Type = 
'AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED', Trigger = '', FieldPath = ''.  
and i generated my Refresh Token from OAUTH Playground as given in google 
developers website.

Can anyone please help me with the solution.

Report Download failed

I am using adword php api v201502 for downloading Keyword performance 
report but i am getting. Report download failed. Underlying errors are Type 
= 'QuotaCheckError.TERMS_AND_CONDITIONS_NOT_SIGNED', Trigger = '', 
FieldPath = ''. error. I have signed terms and conditions also but still 
getting the same error.
