get metric report by asset

['Roi Yad Shalom' via Google Ads API and AdWords API Forum]

I'm running campaign of type display with ad of type responsive display ad. 
I want to get a cost report based on the assets. I tried to use the 
following endpoints 
ad_group_ad_asset_view
feedbackad_group_asset
campaign_asset. 

All returned empty with more then one account. 

Then I tried to connect manully asset of AD_IMAGE to ad_group and it 
returned to me an error that there is a problem with this type of asset and 
campaign of type display. But according 
to https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/assets/overview this 
doc it seems legit. 

So my question is how if it possible to retrieve a metric report based on 
assets, and if so how can I do it?

Maximize Conversions to display

I saw on the documentation that the bid strategy maximize_conversions is 
only applied to campaign of type DISPLAY. but when you create campaigns 
from the UI it can attach this bid strategy type to the campaign for 
example 
customers/2617818525/campaigns/17623257249 

So I want to know how can I implement this settings through the API

Hey, I read the manually. But it still can't give me the how marketing 
objective affect the campaigns fields. So Its kind of wierd that I will 
have to define it manully for each campaign I'm going to create instead of 
doing the same changes that it does through the API

this is the query I use. with date it returns empty but without date 
returns the data

Returns empty stream when I add date to the select section

Hey 
I try to get the performance of an ad group and a source placement per day. 
When I select the data and only filter by date it works but when I select 
date it returns an empty strem 

Besides, Is it possible to get the metrics by the ad group ad level with 
the source website the ad was presented in?
