Mutating RDA Text Assets

I'm wondering if I'm able to mutate RDA text assets without having to 
provide the image data?

Also, what information needs to be provided to update an RDA?

I've been able to mutate RSA assets with the Adwords API and Python.

Link Checker - False Positives

Hi there,

I've been using the Larger Scale Link Checker 

 for 
a few months but have been getting more and more false positives in the 
last couple months.

These errors range from 404s to URL timeouts. Even though when I check the 
links myself nothing is wrong.

I'm not sure how to correct this as the script & its setup is quite 
complicated. I'd love any assistance with this issue.'

Unfortunately I've tried that route as well in the past with no luck. Every 
time I try to query the ad_group_ad_asset_view it returns no results.
I've been back and forth with the API team about this. I can provide my 
previous conversations privately.

Retrieve Asset Metrics from AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT?

Hi there,

I'm currently using the AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT 
to
 
get a list of my Responsive Search Ad assets that show a *LOW *performance 
label.

Is there any way to obtain the number of impression each asset receives? 
It's shown in the UI but I haven't seen any documentation where I can 
retrieve asset metrics.

Error: USER_PERMISSION_DENIED

I'm using a script to retrieve text assets via the GoogleAdsService. This 
has worked in the past but now I'm encountering an error when I try to run:

Fault: errors {
  error_code {
authorization_error: USER_PERMISSION_DENIED
  }
  message: "User doesn\'t have permission to access customer. Note: If 
you\'re accessing a client customer, the manager\'s customer id must be set 
in the \'login-customer-id\' header. See 
https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/concepts/call-structure#login-customer-id";
}

I have double checked my .yaml file and the login_customer_id has been the 
same as it has before. 
I'd love some assistance in this. I have SOAP requests I can provide.

I'm in the process of mutating text assets for my Responsive Search Ads

How to Mutate Responsive Display Ads?

a starting point to work towards the goal of updating headline/description 
assets for my responsive display ads.

to update responsive display ads instead of expanded text ads.

Update Expanded Text Ads Error

I'm trying to use the update_expanded_text_ads.py 

 Python 
script but when I try to run it for a specific ad I get an error:

GoogleAdsServerFault: [EntityNotFound.INVALID_ID @

I've checked my googleads.yaml file and confirmed it's the correct account 
that has the certain ad.
Can I get some assistance with this? I have request logs I'm willing to

How to Setup Logging in Python?

I'm trying to generate response logs when querying the Google Ads API in my 
python script.

Although I don't know how to setup the logging with the documentation given 
here:

Re: GAQL CLI

Hi Benjamin,

I have a problem obtaining an output from the CLI, in which I don't get 
anything returned at all.
My end result is to query a list of all my responsive search & display 
assets with their performance levels, into a csv.

There's no errors, I've configured the json credentials file and for now 
used the example query you listed in your README.md. My query is below:

gaql -o assets.csv xxx-xxx- SELECT campaign.id FROM campaign

I'd love any advice. Thank you!

No Results When Querying ad_group_ad_asset_view

I'm trying to create a report that has all Responsive Search & Display 
assets with their performance labels. However whenever I query the 
ad_group_ad_asset_view resource I get no results. The query I'm using is 
the one provided in the Fetching Asset Attributes 

 example.

I've checked my account and confirmed I have assets I'm allowed to pull 
data from. I know it's just the specific resource I'm having problems with 
since I've had success with the get_all_image_assets.py 

 script 
and the get_campaigns.py 

 script.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

PS. Is there an example python script that is just a simple GAQL query that 
exports to a CSV? As that is my end goal.
