I am using following endpoint and AWQL to download 
CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT

Endpoint: https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/reportdownload/v201409

I get all campaign reports except Video Campaigns. I did not really find 
any clue in the documentation or anywhere. Can you please let me know if 
Video Campaigns are not supported in Reporting or something?

Hello,

Thank you for your response. I think that isn't a option for me. I have 
explored the parameters by creating HTML 5 ads from dashboard using SWF 
files. Yes Its creating Template Ad but its using TemplateId 364 which is 
not documented in Template 
Ads. 
As mentioned by Takeshi 
HagikuraTemplateId
 364 is not supported by API at this moment so shall I assume 
that there is no way to create HTML 5 banners using API at this moment?

How can I create a HTML 5 ad from .SWF file using Adwords API?

When a SWF file is uploaded from dashboard, it creates a HTML 5 ad 
automatically. I was wondering if there is any way to do so from Adwords 
API? I could not find anything about it in the API reference. If anyone can 
point me to right direction, it would be really helpful. Thank you.

WebpageCriterion/rule-based remarketing list

I was interested to find a way to create rule-based remarketing list using

it's not possible. Then I have noticed WebPageCriterion, it says "Criterion 
for targeting webpages of an advertiser's website". Which is not clear to 
me. Can anyone please describe the purpose of WebPageCriterion, and when 
shall I use it?
