Account limits for manager accounts

Hi team,

Can you please help here to understand the non-manager account limit? 
According to the documents, we can maintain only 50 non-manager accounts.

The use case is as follows:
1. There is an agency that wants to manage multiple brand manager accounts.
2. So suppose for that Agency, we create a manager account, and all the 
other brand manager accounts are added as sub-accounts to that agency 
manager account, is there any limit on the number of brand manager accounts?
3. Also, suppose, that each brand manager account has 3 subaccounts. Is it 
a valid scenario for an Agency manager account? Can the agency manager 
account hold, let's say, 20 brand manager accounts and each of the brand 
manager account as, say 3 sub-accounts? Is it a valid flow?

Error: CUSTOMER_NOT_ALLOWLISTED_FOR_THIS_FEATURE

Dear Google Team,

We are facing an error as below,
error_code {
not_allowlisted_error: CUSTOMER_NOT_ALLOWLISTED_FOR_THIS_FEATURE
}
  message: "Customer is not allowlisted to access this feature."
To give you the context we are trying to create assets for ads. We have 
provided all the basic access needed for the user to access this feature, 
along with that we are using a basic developer token and not a standard 
developer token, kindly notice that we are using a production account here 
and still we are facing this error,
kindly please escalate this issue to your engineering team, so that we can 
get help to resolve this at the earliest.

Bulk upload keywords using java

Hi team,

I have a specific requirement to upload keywords via csv in java. I have 
gone through documents and found google ads script for bulk upload but I 
need to implement this in java. Is there any API/ sample code for bulk 
upload in java.  Can you please help me out with this?

Google Ads API: The developer must sign the terms of service

I am trying to fetch campaign details using Google Ads v6 and getting 
following error.
*The developer must sign the terms of service. They can be found here:

Currently I am using test account and with provided link getting following 
message
*The API Center is not available for test accounts. Instead, use the 
developer token from your production (non-test) manager account. See our **test 
account guide

more information.*
Is there any other way to accept terms and conditions for test account. Can 
you please help me with that.
