Hi all,

My problem is resolved. The IPs that I blocked were not client's IPs, They
were my server IPs.
I don't know how to close the topic.

Adword IP Exclusions doesn't work

Hi all,

I'm using the IP Exclusion feature but seems it doesn't work. There are 
some IPs start with 162.158.75.* click my Ads everyday (Those IPs also 
click my friend's Ads). 
I blocked them in all campaigns. But they still can click my Ads again.
Some of IPs: 
108.162.216.112
162.158.75.20
162.158.74.199
162.158.75.180
162.158.75.210
I checked their user-agent and device info, they are real devices. Not any 
Search Engine robot. 
Anyone has experience on this can help me?

API C# - Get search term for each Ad click

Hi,

I need to get search term when user click the Ad. 
The Report Query API return a list of Search Terms so I can't detect which 
search terms maps to which clicks. 
Does someone have solution for this?

Track King Template - AdPosition doesn't work

Hi, I set the template to the URL suffix. Every other parameters work but 
the *{adposition}* doesn't work.

My template look likes that: 
...&kw={keyword}&adpos=*{adposition}*&demodel={devicemodel}&...

And the result when I click on my ad on Google:
&kw=garage%20door%&*adpos*=&demodel=&lphysic=1019973&

I see there is a topic about this parameter, but it wasn't resolved and it 
was created in 2015 so now I make question again. Hope someone can help me.
