CriteriaDestinationUrl Field

2016-07-13 Thread aengland
Hello,

We pull the Keywords Performance report data from the AdWords API. What is
the purpose of the CriteriaDestinationUrl field? It appears it only
returns "--" unless there is a FinalMobileUrls available for the keyword
and the Device is "Mobile devices with full browsers". We would like to
know which destination URL was served to a visitor when both the FinalUrls
and FinalMobileUrls both have a value. What is the proper way to determine
this?

Keywords Performance Report:

https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report

Thank you,

Addams

"Keywords performance report 7/29/2012". Please let me know if you need

Hi,

This happened for the same report for multiple clients. It was failing for
random clients each time I ran the process and appeared to not be an issue
with a specific client. After July 11 we never had the issue again. So it
appears the issue was isolated to the evening of 7/10 and the morning of
7/11. Thanks.

Report contents are invalid. - !!!1|||-1|||Unexpected exception???

2012-07-11 Thread aengland
Last night (7/10/2012) I received the below error message while calling
the GetClientReport(oDefinition) method for the KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT
report type.

Google.Api.Ads.AdWords.Util.ReportsException: Report contents are invalid.
- !!!1|||-1|||Unexpected exception???

I have tried re-running the same process this morning several times and
have received the same error message. The report is pulling for the
previous days data so it is a small data set. I have 457 clients to call
the report for so I am calling the method in batches of 10. I am using v14
of the DotNet Client Library. This process has been running fine since
January so I am not sure why this issue starting occurring all of a
sudden. It seems this error is internal to AdWords.

Thank you for any help in advance. This issue is causing major problems
since our data is now out of date.

Re: Download adgroup and keywords for multiple clients

2012-01-23 Thread aengland
Hi Anash,

Will setting the ClientCustomerId in this fashion work for a multiple
threads in .NET? I believe that when setting this property in
multiple threads it will cause threads to overlap each other since I
think this ClientCustomerId property is global. For example, I don't
believe I can kick off one thread with one ClientCustomerId and then
kick off another thread with another ClientCustomerId at the same
time. Thanks in advance.

DotNet Library Upgrading to v201109 AdHoc Reports

2012-01-20 Thread aengland
I am using the DotNet Client Library and want to be sure I am
retrieving my report properly. I followed the below example that says
it is using the AdHoc Reports:
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-dotnet/source/browse/branches/v13.0/examples/csharp/v201109/DownloadAdhocReport.cs

I am retrieving the KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT (as opposed to the
ADGROUP_PERFORMANCE_REPORT in the example). Does the DotNet Client
Library make the HTTP Post with the report definition XML behind the
scenes when the DownloadClientReport method is called or is it still
using the SOAP API? Some other examples I see are posting in raw XML
which makes me wonder (such as this one https://gist.github.com/1287940)
what is the proper way to call the Ad Hoc reports. Thanks in advance.

Does developer token required affect v13?

I wanted to confirm that the "Developer token required in reports starting
January 17th" post
(http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/2012/01/developer-token-required-in-reports.html)

does not affect v13 of the API. I soon plan to upgrade to the new v201109
but wanted to be sure that I did not need to make any updates for the v13
calls for this developer token. Thanks in advance.

Re: Formerly Valid - Now "Rejected" Developer Token

2011-09-14 Thread aengland
FYI, another huge thread with the same issue is here:
http://groups.google.com/group/adwords-api/browse_thread/thread/dc957e898d7f2aa5/55093e37e2e0f3ea
No updates here. Contacted support several times yesterday and they
said they were working on the issue with no ETA of resolution.

Re: Formerly Valid - Now "Rejected" Developer Token

2011-09-13 Thread aengland
We also had the same issue occur last night and our developer token is
still pending approval since we requested reactivation this morning.
We contacted support and they created a case with the development team
and said we would hear back by the end of the day. Please help Google
as not having current PPC data impacts our business.

Re: ReportDefinitionService Cross-Client

2011-07-26 Thread aengland
Thank you for the information. So it sounds like my report call to the v13
API ReportingService will continue working for now. Does anyone know when
the cross client feature will be released for the v201101
ReportDefinitionService?

ReportDefinitionService Cross-Client

2011-07-25 Thread aengland
I understand that the v13 API is supposed to be deprecated in August 2011.
The main report I retrieve is a Cross-Client report however on the v201101
ReportDefinitionService it says that the Cross-Client feature is still under
development
(http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reportingtopics.html#crossclient).
Do I need to go ahead and upgrade my report the the v201101
ReportDefinitionService
or should I wait until this feature is out of development? Is the v13
ReportService going to be deprecated in August 2011? Thanks for any
feedback in advance.
