smart campaign configuration

Hi there, 
I´m following this tutorial 

 to 
create smart campaigns through the Google ads API, and everything is 
apparently fine, but when I go to the Google ads interface to review the 
campaign I got this

I thought, I couldn´t fix a bidding strategy for a smart campaign. In fact 
when I try to send a bidding strategy I get `{"message":"Google ads error: 
operation_access_denied_error - OPERATION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CAMPAIGN_TYPE"}`

any suggestion to fix it?

email_address and access_role white list

Hi api team,

I would like to being include in the white list  in order to use the 
feature to invited an user when a create a new customer client.

How can I make this proccess?

GoogleAdsFailure with empty errors array

Hi Google ads team, I´d been using the API for a while and recendly I got 
this error while fetching data from customer report

move account between managers

Hi there, I would like to know how to move and account to anohter Manager. 
In the google adwords API I had ManagedCustomerService but a don´t figure 
out how to do the same thing in the Google ads API
