time it gives error like below with php code and same oauth details

Hello Google Team

I working on google adwords api, Some times it gives google campaigns in 
result. Some times it gives error like {\n \"error\" : 
\"invalid_request\"\n. with same oauth details and php code.

Please suggest on this.
