Missing API Geotarget codes that exists on Google Adwords
Hello, There are some targets that exists on adwords web interface but are not listed in the API reference. I.E. Regions in Portugal Country. you can target those via the interface but no codes are avail through the API ref. Do you have an updated API list of target codes ? Hello Jeff, In the g-adwords site you cannot choose the 'Search network' withouth 'Google Search', but via the API you can. How will this affect my campaign when i perform an Add/Update with the 'SearchNetwork' option only? will it automatically select the 'GoogleSearch' also? Hello Jeff, That’s a little bit tricky. Because when you target a MetroArea, you actually have no knowledge if you’re overlapping a certain city… which will result with an API error. So I’m guessing that I should rely on the list appearing in the GA site. AdWords API MetropolitanArea & Cities binding
Hello to the support team, We would like to obtain the list of cities for a given Metropolitan- Area in the US. In the Google Adwords UI, the cities are regrouped by Metropolitan- Areas, whereas in the API reference, there is no such binding indication (the only relation there is Region-City).
