Hello, we are using the php-library to fetch our reports automatically. Since 21.05.2014 we have problems with the authentification of our scripts. In the logs is following hint: An error has occurred: Report download failed. Underlying errors are Type = 'AuthenticationError.NOT_ADS_USER', Trigger = '', FieldPath = ''.
We checked the clientCustomerId and the developerToken against the account, but all seems to be ok. With the same scripts we can login to another account we manage too. Only then Information in the auth.ini-File is different, of course. We use the library version v201402. Maybe there are inconsistent information in our account, which must be fixed first. Please, is there anyone, who had the same problem and can help us?
