Hi, trying to retrieve TargetingIdeaService under version v201809 using
python 2.7.14, this is the output i have from the terminal. I read in
documentation that we need to wait around 30 seconds. try to do it again
after 30seconds. but the result is still the same
*PS. I also have tried with python 3.6.7, and the result is the same.
