exactly the same

 i don't know about reference.cs?

It is in a subtree of your ReportAPI Web Reference
(possibly you need to click on the Show all files button at the top
of the Solution explorer)

Reference.cs is the autogenerated .cs code by the ReportAPI .wsdl file
