Can't get data from Test Adwords account . getting AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIE

This is what I have done
- Created a new gmail account (call it produ...@gmail.com) and created 
Production Manager Account using this new gmail account
- Created a new gmail account (call it testu...@gmail.com) and created a 
Test Manager Account with this new gmail account
- Created a set of OAuth Client Crendentials using produ...@gmail.com ( I 
had to create a new Project as well)
- Generated a developer token for ProdManager account through API Center
- Authenticated and generated refreshtoken with oauth client credentials 
against Test gmail account (access type was set to offline and user consent 
prompt was setup too)
- Configured, Client Id, Client Secret, Refresh token, Test Account Client 
Customer Id, Prod Manager Developer Token, Some random UserAgent
- When I try to list the Campaigns, I endup getting 
AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED

I follwed this doc this procedure -

Not sure what I am missing and why I get this error. Any help would be much 
appreciated

Hi Alwin,

If you think this is related to Google Apps, then things should start 
working fine once you complete your migration. If you need to change the 
login email, then see 
http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=enanswer=24828 for 
details on how this can be done. You don't need to create a new MCC account 
for this.

AdWords API v201109 no longer supports clientEmail, so try providing the 
client customerId in the clientId field instead.

I'll post this later, but maybe this could be the problem:

my login email for the mcc account has no @gmail.com domain, when I
created the account I chosed a different email. today I heart that
this is becoming a problem with the migration of google Apps.

If this is a problem, how can I change mymcc_login to a gmail.com
address? Or do I need a totally new account?

below the logs of my failed request, somehow my mcc customer id is in
the effected user field, so I would try to set a campaign in an mcc
account, this explains the error. But why do it mixed the client and
the mcc ids???

AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIE

Hi

I'm new with the AdWords API and I wanted to get started with the
examples and then learning by doing.

I got two main problems and I think I have some trouble with my API
authentication

1) when I run the GetAllCampaigns.java I get that there are no
campaigns (actually there is a active campaign under the client login
2) when I now try to add a campaign with the AddCampign.java I get the
error below (AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIE)

The only thing what works is the check how much api units I've used!!!

I really need some help to get me started here.
