I was mistaken when I said we already use the new Google Ads API for these
product group operations. We are still using AdWords API and seeing
CANCELED BatchJobs on occasions. I'll send a new case with its BatchJob
next time it happens.

better investigate, could you confirm if this is happening consistently even 
after retries?

If yes, could you provide to us the batch job ID(s) and also the complete SOAP 
request and response logs, with the requestId?

BatchJob canceled

We are using batch jobs to launch Google campaigns. Recently we have 
included the YouTube channel as one of the placements 
in AdGroupCriterionOperation.

Update on the status of this issue. 

No solution nor cause of the problem has been found yet. I've been 
messaging privately with a forum advisor to provide BatchJob information to 
work on the issue but no progress has yet been made.

The same issue is still occurring repeatedly to the same company BatchJobs.

Shopping Ads BatchJob CANCELED without ant processed ops

We are sending a BatchJob (id=*3869988629*) with product group operations 
for a single adgroup but it gets CANCELED automatically. We do not send any 
mutate operation to cancel it.

The BatchJob does not have errors nor download_url so we can't tell why it 
gets status CANCELED. 

The same issue is occurring with other BatchJobs on different campaigns of 
the same company, we expect those to be the same issue but we don't know 
what's wrong.

Could you provide us with some information on the matter? Maybe the reason 
of the Batchjob being canceled?

The BatchJob with CANCELED status means an error occurred while 
BatchJobService was attempting to parse the uploaded operations. The download 
URL 

 will 
return a mutateResult element for every uploaded operation. The each result 
will have attributes result, errorList, index. Please check the errorList, 
this will have one or more errors elements if an operation failed. Please 
check download the batch job results and check for error 

 section 
from Batch Processing guide 
 for more 
details. 
Please provide detailed error message from error list, clientCustomerId and 
jobId. Just click *Reply privately to author* in the forum when responding.

BatchJob Canceled Status

Good Morning.

When using the new service for BatchJob, and a batchJob finishes on 
Canceled Status, I can't retrieve the results in order to find errors 
occurred.
I use Adwords client library v201509 for .Net

Below the steps I follow:


  1.- Get status of BatchJob  <-- CANCELED

  2.- The list of processingErrors is always empty (nothing within the 
object)

  3.- Using the object BatchJobUtilities and the method Download with 
downloadUrl <-- Result is an Exception with "Invalid Primitive JSON"


When the BatchJob finishes correctly (DONE), the 
method BatchJobUtilities.Download(downloadUrl) works correctly.

I would appreciate it if you could give me some support regarding the above 
mentioned.
