be created via the UserListService and tied to a
ConversionTrackerhttps://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/ConversionTrackerService.AdWordsConversionTrackerwith
a
UserListConversionTypehttps://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/UserListService.UserListConversionType.
The RemarketingUserList is a criteria that will match CriteriaType of
USER_LIST in the Criteria
reporthttps://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#criteria.
You can add a predicate to only see USER_LIST criteria in that report,
thereby looking at the performance of remarketing lists.
