Re: Deleting "Removed" Entities

2018-07-02 Thread 'Josh Radcliff (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Sam,

The other accounts under the manager account should not impact the account
limit.

I noticed that you deleted a large # of campaigns in this particular
account on the 25th and 26th, and then submitted your batch job on the
26th. I'm still investigating, but it's possible that the error you
encountered in the batch job was a timing issue, where the account limits
check had not "caught up" with all of the deletes you performed. To test
this theory, could you retry your batch job and let me know if it succeeds
this time?

Thanks,
Josh, AdWords API Team

Hi Dannison,

The Client Customer ID for which we received the campaign limit error has 0
campaigns:

However, we do have many other linked accounts:

So is the limit coming from all the other connected accounts? That would be
extremely limiting if that's the case.

Thanks,
Sam

Hi Sam,

Upon investigation, the CAMPAIGNS_PER_ACCOUNT reason is not under the
ACCOUNT_LIMIT errors. With this said, could you provide the complete SOAP
request and response logs that was generated during the error encounter
along with your clientCustomerId? You may reply to me via *Reply privately
to author*.

To answer your second question, the limits provided is for individual
client accounts.

Re: Deleting "Removed" Entities

2018-06-27 Thread sam
Hi Dannison,

Thanks for the assistance. We were getting the
"EntityCountLimitExceeded.ACCOUNT_LIMIT" errors for
"CAMPAIGNS_PER_ACCOUNT", even when there were 0 non-removed campaigns in
the account.

Also, are these limits on a manager account level or individual account
level?

Thanks,
Sam

Hi Sam,

Campaigns can have a total limit of 10,000 and the "REMOVED" entities do
not count in the account limit as stated in this guide
. The
error EntityCountLimitExceeded.ACCOUNT_LIMIT you are encountering could be
of many reasons. You could check this guide
 for the
possible reasons on why you are encountering this error. You would have to
clean up your account depending on each entity limit that you think might
have already exceeded.

Deleting "Removed" Entities

2018-06-26 Thread sam
We have an account we use for testing, and over time we've accumulated
removed campaigns and AdGroups to the point where we're getting
"EntityCountLimitExceeded.ACCOUNT_LIMIT" errors.

Is it possible to delete "removed" items so we can free up room?

Thanks!
