Developer token approval for Ads API

I've requested developer token for my ads account, to use ads API for our 
internal system to manage budget.
The page said it would take 3 days to approve, yet it's been a while I 
haven't got anything yet.

Developer token approval, help please

['Performance Marketing' via Google Ads API and AdWords API Forum]

We have been trying to get our Basic Access to the Google Ads API developer 
token approved for production use for close to a month now - Case ID 
9-118034904. Tried emailing and chatting, and submitting tickets 
through every system we can find only to get bounced around and told we 
aren't talking to the right people. Who do we need to talk to to get our 
developer token setup for our production use?

Hi Vinaykumar,

Based on this limits guide, a Google Ads client account can have up to 5 MCCs 
managing them. You can first try and link your clients' Google Ads client 
accounts into your MCC and then retry your request to have an approved 
developer token.

Developer token approval issues

Hi my company does not run ads but I have clients that do run ads. I want 
to export ads performance data for my clients so I can build a business 
intelligence dashboard.

My application was rejected again because of no spend history. But I just 
wanted to re-emphasise that my company is not running ads but just want to 
export ads performance data for my clients who are running ads.

I cannot link my client’s ads account which has big spending history 
because they have their own manager accounts.

This is very frustrating as this is an urgent need for me and my clients 
and I do not see how I can build my spend history because I will not be 
running ads with my manager account. And the ads account that my clients 
use are linked to their manager account.

can anyone suggest any alternatives or how much I should spend to get 
access to adwords api? Below is the repose I got from compliance team.

Hello

I'm managing a big website with million of daily visitors for online gaming 
and also a developer with passion to automate most of daily life tasks, Ten 
days ago i applied for AdWords developer token to automate my campaigns 
keyword research process using my internal command line app which im the 
only one will going to use, my application got rejected as it cant use 
keyword research only (as per AdWords poilcy) i locked myself up in my room 
for another sven days coding day and night till i finished a complete 
solution that can take my csv file and create campaigns on the fly for 
thousands of highly optimized ads with one click, i re-submitted my 
application this time with confidant that im aligning with google AdWords 
policies %100 (i even shared my complete source code using a public 
repository in the design document), i got below answer from approval team

"The account you applied from does not have much spend history in 
AdWords..."

I'm a little confused, despite the fact that i spent hundred of hours 
creating my app, and im complying %100 with AdWords policies, i can't find 
a single line that refer to AdWords spending history to be pre-approved ! 
or any reference for spending limits to start submitting the application .

I'm really tired and not sure what to do next, feeling like shooting the 
dark, Anyone know can help me with this ? i really appreciate some help 
here to get approved from experienced people like you.

I applied for a developer tokane 2 weeks ago and still have had no answer 
or movement can anyone help me get this on track i am currently in need of

Cannot submit the developer token approval form

I am trying to submit the developer token approval form under by MCC 
account Adwords API centre however I kept getting "action not permitted".

May I know what rights should we have in order to just get this form 
submitted for Google review?

No news from developer token approval after 1 month

Our company submitted a request for a developer token on Aug 28th and still 
have no feedback (positive or negative).
Since we have no email response, we cannot reply and ask for feedback.

How can we get the status?

Api Developer token Approval

Hi,
Can someone help me with getting the approved Google AdWords API token? I 
have applied for the approval a couple of weeks back but I am still 
waiting. I dint get any reply from Google regarding this process. I am not 
sure what is happening, is it in progress or what is the status of my 
request I have made a couple of weeks back?

Yes, we applied for Basic Access via form from adwords settings menu.
But there is no response on specified email.
And I`ve got "Forbidden 403" message while trying link you specified.

How to apply for Basic Access correctly?

Developer Token Approval Pending since 3 years

token for us to link Adwords to our reporting tool.

If not, please go ahead and fill it out. Once you submit that form, the 
AdWords API Compliance team will respond with an answer within a business 
day.

What do I have to do to get developer token approval.

Hi All,

I have got developer token (pending approval) and used with test account. 
Now I have finished my application. So what do I have to do make my 
application live and get developer token approval ?

Have you filled out the second part 
https://services.google.com/fb/forms/newtoken/ of the application form? 
If not, please go ahead and fill it out. Once you submit that form, the 
AdWords API Compliance team will respond with an answer within a business 
day.

If you DID fill out this form, let me know your MCC ID (e.g 
123-456-7890) and I can check in with the compliance team.

Developer Token approval time

Hi all,
it's two day since I requested a developer token for Adwords API,
My request is still waiting to be approved.
How long does it take the approval process usually?
How can I contact Google for this? I didn't find any link to contact google 
by email in MCC.

Very long wait for API developer token approval

Hi,

We've been waiting almost 2 months for our AdWords API developer token to 
be approved.
Is there any way to speed up the process? We thought it would take 2-3 
weeks, and we're relying on the token to continue our project.

Our MCC account ID is 998-728-4102.

This is a known issue of the UI, but the field is actually being persisted 
in our side so the review team should be able to see what your are writing.

Maybe you can help me. Its been over a month now and my API is still 
pending. I am getting the Action required mails in order for me to 
provide more info about the use I will give to the API, but it looks there 
is some kind of bug in the page because each time I complete the question 
and save it I get a blank form again.

How long must we wait for developer token approval?

We have waited almost a month for a developer token.

It seems ridiculous. Like we must get down on our knees and pray for
permission to send truckloads of money Google's way.

Please Google, at least have the decency to make an announcement why
you're unable to live up to your own promise of approval within 2
weeks.

It's been about 2 weeks now and I still haven't received my developer token, 
is there anything I can do to expedite the process?

I tried calling the support line last Thursday and the support guy said it 
would be a few more days.

A company is only permitted to have one developer token.  That token
can be used across all of your MCC accounts.

(Structuredweb)  and the app we have developed.
Just created a new MMC to managed another set of customers and now I
need to wait two weeks to approve the token again ?
