Error code is 13
The google_ads_php.ini setting works fine when using the previous version,
but this error will occur in the new version.
Google ads api version is standard.
ApiException was thrown with message '{ "message": "Internal error
encountered.", "code": 13, "status": "INTERNAL", "details": [] }'
