Hi Jamie,
I ran some tests on my end but I wasn't able to replicate the error. Can
you provide me with a unique keyword string that was in one of these
requests that timed out? Perhaps I can use that to look it up in the logs.
Best,

We are seeing frequent timeouts when using TrafficEstimatorService.
We want to request around 800 keywords, but found that would frequently
timeout. Now we chunk it into multiple requests and do 100 at a time. The
first ~3 requests complete quickly, but the next will hang until it finally
times out.
The error raised (we are using the Google ruby gem) is
HTTPClient::KeepAliveDisconnected
See request (and stacktrace) here:

We have been using TrafficEstimatorService for some time without any such
problems.
I have seen other postings on this group about similar problems. We would
rather not chunk the requests up into smaller batches as it's slower, and
costs more. We'd rather do a single request, and can't see why this
shouldn't work.
