It is not possible to retrieve specific members or user data from a Customer 
Match list in the Ads API.

For your use case, you can use the user_list report type to get the user lists 
in a customer account. However, there is currently no sample implementation for 
this report type. However, I would suggest to refer to this document to read 
more information about the reporting feature of the Google Ads API and to 
construct report using the report type that I've mentioned earlier.

Get all users from user list

Hi there, 

I am working on Google Ads integration into the company project.  I need to 
pull all the user lists under a given account. I already have working 
requests to the api. For example, I can create a new user list with some 
emails inside.  

Could you please let me know which classes I have to use or provide some 
code examples of how to get the user list instead of creating a new one? I 
need to add/delete emails from the existing user lists.
