The Targeting Reach setting in the UI corresponds to the estimate for the 
specific Targeting settings for Display Network Ad campaigns. You could 
consider using the Display Planner 
 to generate ideas 
for display campaigns. Please note that it is currently not possible to 
pull the Targeting reach through the API. Currently we do not have an ETA 
of when or if this feature will be available. I have shared your interest 
with the team. Please keep an eye out on our blog 
 for more 
updates.

Why this information is not available in API? Without the targeting reach 
information how users are going to know how many people can they reach 
after choosing their targeting?

It is currently not possible to retrieve the Targeting reach information 
through AdWords API. The TrafficEstimatorService retrieves the traffic 
estimates for proposed or existing campaigns, ad groups. ads and keywords. 
They include the estimated stats for the fields mentioned in this guide

Get campaign targeting's reach or weekly estimates

Hi, 

I'm currently integrating Adwords API in my website so I can publish my 
adwords campaigns (campaign type: *display*) from there, and right now I'm 
looking for an API to get the campaign targeting's reach or weekly estimate 
when I change the campaign settings such as location, language, topics, 
interest, demographics, placement, etc. The image (with the red border) 
below shows what I'm trying to achieve.



I came across the same question asked in this topic 
, however, 
the answer given was not really helpful, and I'm not able to proceed from 
there.

Here, I have a few questions.

1. From my understanding in the *TrafficEstimatorService* documentation, 
the data retrieved is different with the campaign targeting's reach or 
weekly estimate. Am i correct?
2. Is there any API available right now to perform the request that I'm 
looking for? If yes, can anyone lead me to the correct endpoint?
