Thank you for your response.

The Google Ads API unfortunately does not have a report that returns all 
available timezones. You will need to download the CSV from here, and store the 
values into your local database, and then later reference it when creating your 
accounts.

Hi Sherwin. Thanks for the reply.

i need to do this programmatically. This is for a proccess that will create 
many accounts. The list of accounts to create its an example of the input.

Can you come up with a method?

Hi, I need to bulk create many accounts. The input goes like this:

Account (GMT+1) Nigeria Time #1

I need to find which timezone 

 use 
for each row but I can not find the way. For example "Nigeria" does not 
exists in the timezone list but it does exists in the UI
