Hi James, You should use the time zone of the account you're downloading the report for. We schedule our reports on a rolling basis, as and when each account reaches about 4am in its local time. Hi David, We have the same problem - we are based in the UK and our calls at 3am our time are returning INVALID_DATE_RANGE I assume this is because 3am our time is 'tomorrow' US time. My question is - which US time zone should we be matching? I'm guessing Pacific but it would be good to have confirmation. To answer my own question... I was running the code with the default of today's date, but because of timezone issues here in Australia the 2012/02/05 is not a valid date as records are only going as far back as 2012/02/04 in the US timezone where the server must be located. To help me sort it out I thought I would get the example to work in GetClientCustomerId.php but keep getting the following message using either sandbox or production. What am I doing wrong and how can I debug this? I've looked at the request and response headers and everything looks fine so not sure what to do next.
